The snow isn’t quite playing ball for the fully groomed dual slalom we originally planned, but we’re working with Whakapapa on the best alternative. It could be a banked slalom or something similar that gives everyone a chance to get involved. We’ll confirm the format and location by the middle of next week.

Whatever the course looks like, the day is all about getting the clubs together and having a great time on the maunga.

Then from 3.30pm, we’ll head to LBC for prizegiving before rolling into a sunset party with a DJ and drink specials. Get dressed up, bring your club crew and settle in for a brilliant afternoon.

Thanks to Snowverb, HEAD and TCB, we’ve got a huge prize pool of jackets, pants, hoodies, goggles, gloves and heaps more. You definitely don’t need to be the fastest to win either—we’ll have prizes for Best Dressed, Best Club Crew, Looked the Fastest, Crowd Favourite, Junior Stoke and plenty more.
